Description of Service

Lendly is a lead generation service. We are not a lender, credit broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions or broker credit products. Our role is to connect consumers who submit requests on our Site with third-party lenders and lending partners in our network. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or receive an offer for a credit product.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts

Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request
  • You authorize us to share your information with lenders in our network
  • You agree to review and evaluate any offers you receive independently
  • You are responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided through our Site
  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Communications Consent

By submitting a request, you provide express written consent to receive communications from Lendly, its partners, and authorized third parties, including via autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, text messages, and emails, at the phone number and email address you provide, even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us or using our unsubscribe page.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Lendly LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or receive an offer. All information on the Site is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lendly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed any amount you have paid us, if any.

Third-Party Lenders

Any credit product offered to you is provided by a third-party lender, not by Lendly. The terms of any credit product, including APR, repayment period, and fees, are set solely by the lender. You should carefully review the lender's terms before accepting any offer. Lendly is not a party to any agreement between you and a lender.

APR and Repayment Terms

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) range for credit products offered through our network is 5.99% to 35.99%. Repayment terms range from 91 days to 24 months. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rate or the longest term. For more information, see our Rates & Fees page.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lendly LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
